Lady’s Mantle

Lady's Mantle is a small, unassuming plant found by shady paths or hidden in meadows. Each morning, it offers the enchanting sight of its downy leaves adorned with sparkling dewdrops. This almost supernatural scene captivated Medieval alchemists, who believed its 'heavenly water' possessed magical powers, aiding them in their search for the elusive 'philosopher’s stone' and believed to help maintain a fresh, youthful appearance. The plant was historically known as 'woman’s grass.
