How do I sign up for the new Club Clarins Loyalty Program?
Simply create a Clarins accountand you will automatically be a part of the Club Clarins Loyalty Program! If you already have a Clarinsnewzealand.co.nz account, you have automatically been transferred to Club Clarins. Any points or vouchers you have previously earned and accumulated will be available in your new Club Clarins account. As a bonus (for both newcomers and existing Clarins customers), you will receive 30 points loaded into your account as a welcome treat!
How does the program work?
Club Clarins is a points-based loyalty program. Members earn points by shopping for Clarins products on Clarinsnewzealand.com.nz and through other means (for example, completing your profile with us, or participating in bonus point events!). The more points you earn, the higher your status and the more benefits you enjoy—including discovery sizes, full-size products, and Loyalty Vouchers that you can spend online.
- RED STATUS: 0-299 points
- SILVER STATUS: 300 – 699 points
- GOLD STATUS: 700+ points
How do I earn points?
There’s lots of opportunities to earn points (with some surprise bonus points events throughout the year!:)
- $1 spent = 1 point
- Sign up to Club Clarins = 30 bonus points
- Complete your Clarins profile by filling in your Birthday = 5 bonus points
How do I check my points balance?
Login to your Login to your Club Clarins account to view your available points, pending points and points history under My Points Recap.
How do I redeem my points for rewards?
Login to your Club Clarins account and go to “My Rewards” in My Account. Once you’ve selected your reward, add it to your bag and checkout. Note that for orders only containing complimentary product rewards, the order will incur the regular shipping fee (except for GOLD Status customers, who receive free shipping). Orders that include purchased products in addition to redeemed rewards will ship free if the purchase is $75 or over.
