Our African Ebony extract is organically certified and obtained using a natural and environmentally friendly extraction process. Because our commitment to responsible agriculture concerns both plants and the people who grow them, since 2015, Clarins has contributed to development projects in Burkina Faso through its African Ebony supply chain, in partnership with Jardins du Monde. There are three types of Initiatives in place: the construction of Infrastructure and equipment, a food aid programme to fight childhood hunger and training programmes aimed at familiarising local populations with the health benefits of medicinal plants.
